I think he's concerned about signing for a package after being told never to sign for anything. If the vendor has a good rep, I guess you'll just have to cross your fingers and sign. Don't open the package for a couple days. I've heard of people writing "return to sender" and letting it cool off a bit before opening. Also probably a good idea to have nothing else illicit at your home, if that address is the one associated with the PO Box.

There is nothing to worry about.  His packaging is great!  Besides you probably only got a personal amount and if found in customs they are just going to send you a love letter.  They aren't gonna spend the resources and money on your gram or whatever.  Honestly though his packaging is genious and if customs opened it, they probably wouldn't even find it.

One more thing.  You have to sign for all international packages, its just the name of the game.  If you are worried about having to sign for packages, then do not order internationally!

so then at personal levels customs with still just issue the standard LL as they do with intercepted pharmaceuticals? If this is the case I'd definitely like to give nucleo a shot based on his feedback.. I really just want a good source for quality powder H that's not overpriced. I'd obviously prefer to find a domestic supplier but the only people shipping within US are only selling bags and I'd rather just pay for a gram and know what I'm gonna get.

This is the first I've heard that you have to sign for all international packages no matter what. In fact I've received an international package and didn't have to sign for it. You may have to sign for international priority.

However, I think the primary risk you will be taking is that you now have no way to distinguish between a normal delivery and a controlled drop. Normally, your defense in a controlled drop is to deny everything and sign for nothing. That defense may be more difficult if you've signed so you'll have to rely on your own judgement as to whether you are just signing for a package or signing your life away. That is my impression; is that wrong?

Really great article here guys, it is long but please read it completely, it will help you feel more at ease. Also the idea of when you get the package to write "Return to Sender" on it and leave it unopened for a few days if you have to sign for it is a really great idea. After a few days has passed then open your X-Mas present!!!  8)

Postal inspectors use these criteria to identify packages that might contain drugs.

Package Criteria

* Emits odors of marijuana or or a masking agent (e.g., coffee, perfume, fabric-softener sheets)

* Is heavily taped along seams

* Is poorly prepared for mailing

* Appears to have been re-used

* Has an uneven weight distribution

Label Criteria

* Is handwritten

* Contains misspelled names, streets, or cities

* Originates from a drug source State

* Has been sent from an individual to an individual

* Contains return address ZIP code that does not match accepting post office ZIP code

* Shows a fictitious return address

* Lists sender's and/or receiver's names of common type (e.g., John Smith) that are not connected to either address

Don't worry about it, the whole 'never sign for anything' movement is overblown.

Mailman comes to the door and asks me to sign for something, I have no fucking idea what I'm signing for, just the mailman told me I had to sign. Could be a registered letter from my bank, maybe my wife bought something online, or maybe Aunt Thelma wants to make sure I get her pictures of that Hawaiian vacation she always dreamed of taking.

What would look suspicious is saying - no, I'm not signing for anything! That's not mine! Go away!

Fuck, it could even be that strange kid you went to elementary school with mailing you a bag of bol weevil larvae. You have no control, no responsibility, and take no illegal action signing for anything, even if the contents are later shown to be illegal.

And writing return to sender and waiting two days to open it isn't either necessary, or very fucking likely to happen either. If they are doing a controlled delivery, which they only do for serious large amounts, they hit that door seconds after it is delivered, not days. And by very fucking likely not to happen, I mean that when I get a dreamfully awaited piece of mail, that fucker is opened and being eyeballed, sniffed and examined before I hit the top of the stairs. No fucking what that's going to sit on my coffee table for 2 days first.

So relax, it's not a big deal, and in the future make sure you're aware of the exact shipping methods the vendor uses before you order, so you don't have to go through this all again.

agreed about the signing paranoia.   Heck my mailman knows me so well he signs anything for me automatically and just leaves it if I ever have anything that needed a signature.   And I'm with Mr Jones on that package is opened before i close the mailbox door practically.  I don't deal in large amounts and I feel very safe in when I get my mail.

I'm waiting for the day when my mailman says to me "Man, you must have a lot of computer problems, seems like I'm delivering 6 packages a month from PC repair companies in California."

Fortunately, I don't even have the same mailman every day, and they are overworked to the gills. They really couldn't give two shits.

And you're totally right about waiting all of about 15 seconds before the package gets opened.

my reasoning for writing return to sender and leave it sitting on the table for awhile is because...yes, the feds do come busting in within minutes after the person has signed for the mail. After reading the article, it explained that they usually wait a couple of minutes so that the person will open the package and sometimes they wait to see if someone else arrives at the home once the package is there. yes, i am sure they are only worried about large amounts. Basically my post was for those who are super fucking paranoid lol if they are that worried about something then just give them a few tips/hints. Sure, you can tell them over and over again not to worry, but VJ, you and I know that sometimes our words, reassurance and basically just telling them not to worry at all isn't enough to calm people down sometimes. So therefore, if you are that super duper paranoid, then follow the instructions in the article link I posted. If you are not super paranoid then open your package and get your goodies out and bang/blow/smoke/swallow or plug that shit and enjoy the rest of your day.  ;D

I also just ordered from Nucleo. When I realized I was going to have to sign for the package I got very nervous because where I live if you have to sign for a package you have to sign for it at the post office. Nucleo told me everything was going to be fine, and the general consensus here is that Nucleo knows what he's doing! ;)

I order internationally all the time (legal items) and have not yet had a package stopped by customs - and  often packages are addressed by hand. (especially from china)

I'm a little nervous, but I know everything will be okay. ;)
